  • The Moderator asks 5 - 7 questions relevant to the office and region
  • The Candidate is allotted two (2) minutes to respond
  • The Board of Directors for the San Diego County Imperial Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce convenes afterwards and determines to endorse or not
